In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30th September 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 41,144,900 Ordinary 1 pence shares with voting rights. JPMorgan Russian Securities plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th September 2021, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan Russian Securities plc is 41,144,900.

The above figure (41,144,900) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan Russian Securities plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
