JPMORGAN RUSSIAN SECURITIES PLC (the Company)

 

 

INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that it has declared an interim dividend of 25.00 pence per share, for the year ending 31st October 2021, to be paid on 5th November 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1st October 2021. The ex-dividend date is 30th September 2021. A dividend reinvestment plan is available for shareholders.

 

The Company receives the large majority of its dividend income well before the end of its financial year ending 31st October, and hence it considers it appropriate to distribute the greater portion of its net income as an interim dividend.
