Japan Residential Investment Company Limited (AIM: JRIC) is a closed-ended Guernsey incorporated company established to make and hold investments in residential property in Japan.
The Company announces that it was informed today that on 5 September 2014, pursuant to a scrip dividend alternative offered in lieu of cash, Richard Crowder, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 916 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a scrip dividend reference price of 58.9p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Crowder's total holding in the Company amounts to 30,916 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
