ANNUAL REPORT 2015 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Johnston Press plc (the "Company") announces today that it has published its 2015 Annual Report and Accounts (the "Annual Report") together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting (which explains the business to be conducted at the meeting), to be held at 12.00 noon at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA on 18 May 2016.
Copies of the above documents, along with the related proxy form for the 2016 Annual General Meeting, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Copies are also available to view on the Company's website - http://www.johnstonpress.co.uk. Hard copies have been mailed today to those shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications.
