Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to the Official List and admission to trading of 13,802,826 new Ordinary Shares of 10pΒ each in the Company.

The shares ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue have been issued following an exercise of warrants.

It is expected that admission and dealings will become effective in the Ordinary Shares on 10 April 2013. The Companies revised issued share capital following this issue is 656,345,427 Ordinary Shares. The above figures of 656,345,427 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
