JPMorgan Elect Plc is pleased to announce that the Board is recommending the appointment of Rupert Dickinson as a non-executive Director of the Company to shareholders, who are to vote on his appointment at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on the 19th December 2018.
Commenting on the proposed appointment Alan Hodson stated:
"I am delighted that the Board is recommending that Rupert Dickinson become a Director of JPMorgan Elect plc and I am confident that will make an excellent addition."
Mr Dickinson does not currently hold any shares in the Company.
There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13 R (1) to (6) for Mr Dickinson.
