Joules Group plc ("Joules" or "the Company") announces today that on 30 July 2018, Marc Dench, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, exercised options that were awarded in May 2016, at the time of the Company's admission to AIM, that vested on 27 May 2018. Options over 312,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised with an exercise price of £1.60. The exercise was completed on a net-settlement basis, resulting in the issue of 163,246 Ordinary Shares. As part of the same transaction Marc Dench, sold 78,493 Ordinary Shares to cover the income tax liability and national insurance liability arising due to the gain on exercise of the options.
