Director/PDMR Share Dealing
The Company announces that on 10 August 2020, Marc Dench, Chief Financial Officer, exercised his 2017 Deferred Bonus Award and subsequently sold sufficient ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to cover the tax and option price, retaining the remainder of the shares.
Following the announcement of the Company's results for its financial year ended May 2017, the Executive Directors received their annual bonus. In line with the Company's Remuneration Policy, 50% of this bonus was deferred into share options with a three-year vesting period. Accordingly, on 17 August 2017, the Company granted awards to Directors (including Marc Dench) under the Joules 2016 Deferred Bonus Plan. These awards have now vested.
