Blocklisting Application

The Company announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting admission of 1,190,397 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), pursuant to the following schemes:

·; Deferred Bonus Plan (110,401 Ordinary Shares)

·; Executive Share Option Plan (116,754 Ordinary Shares)

·; Long Term Incentive Plan (808,242 Ordinary Shares)

·; Save As You Earn Scheme (155,000 Ordinary Shares)

These new Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under these various schemes. On exercise, these new Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares. It is expected that admission will become effective on 11 September 2019.
