Share Buy-Back Programme
Journey Group is pleased to announce that it intends to implement a share buy-back programme (the "Programme"), to purchase ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Any purchases made pursuant to the Programme will be effected under and subject to the limits set by the Company's general authority to repurchase Ordinary Shares granted by its shareholders at the Company's most recent annual general meeting, held on 12 May 2015.
The Company confirms that in making any repurchases, to the best of its knowledge and ability, it will take into account the implications of any such repurchases with regard to Rule 37 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
The purpose of the Programme is to effect a return of capital to the Company's shareholders. The Company confirms that it is not currently in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information. Further announcements of repurchases made by the Company by way of the Programme will be released in due course.
