Confirmation of application for admission to AIM

Journey Group, a provider of in-flight catering and products to the airline, travel and hospitality industries, is pleased to announce that it has secured a credit facility from Ford Motor Credit Company of up to $3.5 million to purchase the fleet of specialist trucks it requires in order to fulfil its obligations under the United Contract. As a result, the Directors have no reason to believe that the working capital available to the Company or its Group will be insufficient for at least twelve months from the date of Admission.

Accordingly, the Company has applied for the cancellation of the listing of its Ordinary Shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities with effect from 8.00 am on 29 August 2008. 

The Company will also complete the process of applying for application to trading of its Ordinary Shares on AIM. Such admission is expected to take effect at 8.00 am on 29 August 2008.

Terms defined in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 8 July 2008 have the same meaning in this announcement.
