Watermark Group PLC08 May 2007 Embargoed until: 7.00, 8 May 2007 Watermark Group Plc ("Watermark" or "the Group") Directorate Change Watermark Group Plc, a leading provider of in-flight products, catering andcabin management services to the airline and travel industry, confirms that, asdisclosed in the Company's Preliminary Results announcement of 1 May 2007,Crispin Quail, Finance Director and Company Secretary, and William Skerrett,Non-Executive Director, have resigned with immediate effect from the board ofthe Company (the "Board"). Watermark is also pleased to confirm, again as disclosed in the Company'sPreliminary Results announcement of 1 May 2007, the appointment of PeterFitzwilliam as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect fromtoday. Peter, 47, has been a consultant to the Company since March 2007. He hasextensive experience in all aspects of public company financial reporting andcontrol, investor relations, strategy development, M&A and funding. Peter has held positions at a number of Official List companies, including: RankGroup Plc between 1994 and 1999, primarily as Financial Controller of itsLeisure Division, and Business Post Group Plc as Group Finance Director between1999 and 2006. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 with KPMG. There is no further information concerning Peter Fitzwilliam which requiresdisclosure under Rule LR 9.6.13 R of the UK Listing Authority Listing Rules.
