AIM Rule Disclosure - Schedule Two (g) updated
21st Century announces, in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that is has been notified of the following information by Mr Jan Holmstrom, non-executive chairman of the Company.
Mr Holmstrom was a non-executive director of Dawson International plc ("Dawson") until 20 July 2012. On 15 August 2012, Dawson announced the appointment of administrators and on 31 August 2012, the cancellation of its admission to trading on AIM, which took effect on 18 September 2012.
