DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc announces that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 2nd November 2021, a final dividend of 21.5p will be paid on 12th November 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8th October 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 7th October 2021.

The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) which is managed by the registrar, Equiniti, and the deadline for elections under the DRIP (to start the plan from this dividend) is 22nd October 2021. Shareholders holding their shares through specialist platforms may also be able to participate in a DRIP and should contact their providers for details.
