Jubilee Platinum PLC10 January 2006 10 January 2006 JUBILEE PLATINUM PLC ("Jubilee" or "the Company") Directorate Changes The Board of Jubilee announces the resignation of non-executive director Mr.David John Parker (Age 71) due to health reasons. The Board is pleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of Mr.Andrew Francis Sarosi as executive director. Mr Sarosi previously held the roleof technical manager for the Company. Mr. Sarosi (Age 65), a founder member of the Company's management team, holds aB.Sc. and M.Sc. in Metallurgy from the University of the Witwatersrand. He hasmore than 35 years experience in the mining industry in both operations andproject management. Colin Bird, CEO of Jubilee, commented "We are delighted to announce theappointment of Andrew Sarosi to the Board, a decision which reflects Andrew'sfounder role with Jubilee Platinum and his dedication in helping to drive theCompany forward.
