TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

As at 31 October 2012, John Laing Infrastructure Fund Limited ("JLIF" or the "Company") had 513,109,848 Ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each admitted to trading on a regulated or prescribed market.

As such the total voting rights figure, which may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, is 513,109,848 Ordinary shares of 0.01 pence.
