The Board of JLH is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Elizabeth Stanley (nee Beardsley) as Finance Director with immediate effect. Karen is 42 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. She has extensive experience as a finance director within the construction and property sector after initially training at PwC.
The Company further announces that it has granted Karen Stanley an option under the EMI scheme to acquire 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 0.8 pence per share. The vesting period will commence on the third anniversary of the date of grant and end on the day preceding the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
