EBT Purchase

Jelf, an independent consultancy which provides a broad range of insurance, financial services and employee benefit services to corporates and individuals, announces that it was notified by the trustee of Jelf Group Plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased a total of 360,000 Ordinary Shares on 2 July 2013, at an average price of 90.5 pence per share.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Group and its subsidiaries. The Executive Directors of Jelf are included in the class of beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.

Following these transactions a total of 2,692,221 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.2 per cent of the Group's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
