JKX announces that at its AGM this morning Ordinary Resolutions 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 15 and 16 were passed and Special Resolution 13 was passed.

Ordinary Resolutions not passed were 3, 8, 9 and 14. Special Resolutions 11 and 12 were not passed.

The Board will convene a meeting later today to consider the implications of the votes.
