Result of AGM
JKX announces that at its AGM this afternoon Ordinary Resolutions 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 and Special Resolution 11 were passed.
Ordinary Resolutions 3 and 6 were not passed. Accordingly, Hans Jochum Horn and Adrian Coates are no longer directors of the Company.
The Board will convene to consider the implications of the votes.
