Hanover Nominees Limited(RESC7) holds 47,287,027 shares in JKX Oil & Gas plc on behalf of Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited, which in turn holds those shares on behalf of Renaissance Advisory Services Limited which holds them for the benefit of Eclairs Group Limited.
Prior to the change in the beneficial ownership, 100%of shares in Eclairs Group Limited were held by Elena Christodoulou and Trival Ltd on trust fro Mr Igor Kolomoisky.
Following to the change in the beneficial ownership, 59.1% of shares in Eclairs Group Limited is held by Trival Ltdon trust for Mr Igor Kolomoisky, and 40.9% of shares in Eclairs is held by Marigold Trust Company Ltd which is the trustee of a discretionary trust for the benefit of Mr Gennadiy Bogolyubov and his family.
