JKX Oil & Gas PLC28 March 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 28 MARCH 2006 JKX OIL & GAS Plc ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF DIVIDEND RECORD DATE JKX Oil & Gas plc ("JKX") announces that the record date in respect of therecommended final dividend of 0.6p per share will now be 7th April and not 3rdApril as previously announced. The dividend, if approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual GeneralMeeting on 18th May, will be paid to shareholders on 22nd May. JKX Oil & Gas plc is an oil and gas exploration and production company listed onthe London Stock Exchange.
