Update re Fitness Clubs Disposal
The Company notes the further press speculation regarding the possible disposal of its Fitness Clubs business. The Company confirms that it has received a number of offers in the second round of the disposal process. The Board is currently considering the terms of these offers with its advisers and its lending banks.
There can be no certainty that any of these offers will result in a transaction or as to the terms of any such transaction. A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
The Company continues constructive dialogue with its lending banks and is operating with their support under the terms of the current standstill agreement.
