JJB Sports PLC04 May 2006 JJB SPORTS PLC ACQUIRES GOLF TV LIMITED JJB Sports plc ("JJB") is pleased to announce that it has today acquired theissued share capital of Golf TV Limited and its subsidiaries including Golf TVPro-Shop Limited (together the "Golf TV Group") for a consideration of up to£3.3 million payable in cash. The Golf TV Group are the UK operators of The GolfChannel and The Golf TV Pro-Shop Channel. Initial consideration of £0.5 million has been paid by JJB with deferredconsideration of up to £1 million being payable over the next 4 years. Inaddition, further consideration of up to £1.8m could become payable by JJBduring the next four years dependent on the performance of the Golf TV Groupduring that period.
