REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FOR TREASURY STOCK

This announcement replaces RNS number 7465R dated 18th July 2025, correcting the number of shares figure post the buyback. All other details are unchanged.

JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 1091.3583 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 33,889,363 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 65,584,488. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
