JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc purchased 30,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 987.4167 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 31,281,411 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 68,192,440. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
