Notification and public disclosure of transactions by Directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
On 28 January 2019, the Company was notified by Gordon Richard Oliver, Group Finance Director, that on 28 January 2019: (1) Susan Podesta-Oliver (PCA to Gordon Richard Oliver) had sold 8,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"); (2) Gordon Richard Oliver had purchased 4,000 Ordinary shares into his ISA; (3) Susan Podesta-Oliver had purchased 4,000 Ordinary Shares into her ISA.
Following the above transaction Gordon Richard Oliver's beneficial ownership remains unchanged.
The notification set out below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulations, provides further detail.
