PDMR Acquisition of Shares
James Halstead plc (AIM: JHD) announces that on 14 November 2025, (1) David William Drillingcourt, an Executive Director, Finance Director and PDMR of the Company, informed the Company that on the 14 November 2025, (2) Deborah Jayne Drillingcourt (PCA to David William Drillingcourt) had purchased 14,753 ordinary shares of 5p each.
Following the above transaction, David William Drillingcourt's total beneficial interest in the Company is 21,293 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
