ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023

RESULT OF POLL AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Information disclosed in accordance with LR 9.6.18

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, the Board is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders were passed on a poll, including the following special business:

i.) to allow the Company to allot shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £2,033,565.85 representing approximately 10% of the Company's issued share capital;

ii.) to allow the disapplication of pre-emption rights on the allotment of shares;

iii.) to allow the Company to make market purchases of up to 60,966,304 Ordinary shares representing 14.99% of the Company's issued share capital;

iv.) to allow the Company to continue to pay quarterly interim dividends during the year;

v.) to allow a general meeting, other than an Annual General Meeting, to be called on not less than 14 clear days' notice;

vi.) to approve the increase of the Directors' aggregate annual remuneration cap; and

vii.) to approve the reduction of the share premium account of the Company
