Dowlais Group Plc (UK): Constituent Deletion - UpdateChanges in FTSE UK Index Series

Subject to the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash and stock offer for Dowlais Group Plc (UK, constituent) by American Axle & MFG Holdings (USA, non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:
Dowlais Group Plc (UK, BMWRZ07) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.
JPMorgan Emerging Markets Dividend Income Plc (UK, B5ZZY91) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.
All changes effective from 03 February 2026.
