The Directors of JPMorgan European Growth & Income plc have declared the following dividend:

A second interim dividend of 1.36 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 31st March 2027, will be paid on 4th September 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10th July 2026. The ex-dividend date will be 9th July 2026.

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Computershare.

The last day for DRIP election is 13th August 2026.
