REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc (the "Company") has repurchased into Treasury 36,655 ordinary shares at 573.521 pence per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 42,016,569 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 94,298,334.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
