JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 34,638 Ordinary shares at 465.249 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 9,782,472 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 147,692,459.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
