Just Eat (LSE: JE), a leading global marketplace for online food delivery, announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Paul Harrison, yesterday was granted the following nil-cost share awards over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Performance Share Plan:
