Announcement of a transaction in ordinary shares by a director / PDMR
The Company was informed on 4th October 2016 that Harry Morley, Non-executive Director of JD Wetherspoon plc, purchased 2,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 955.82 pence per share.
Mr Morley's holding is now 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company which is less than 1% of the issued share capital.
