Share Incentive Plan - Unapproved Vest
The Company was informed on 24 March 2020, that following the maturity of an unapproved SIP award on 20 March 2019, ordinary shares were sold on 24 March 2020 to cover the cost of the tax and NI or to sell the whole of the share vest on the unapproved shares for the directors and PDMRs listed below. The sale price for all shares was £7.00 pence per share:
