Exercise of Options
The Company has today issued 20,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 29 May 2012.
The options were exercised by the Finance Director, Ralph Cohen. His resulting interest in the Company is 35,038 Ordinary Shares representing 0.72 per cent. of the issued Ordinary share capital and 52,083 Convertible Redeemable Shares representing 1.22 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class. In addition, he holds remaining options over 52,000 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans. All but 500 of his Ordinary Shares are being transferred to his wife, Morwenna Rosemary Cohen.
Following the exercise of options, the enlarged issued share capital is 4,850,967 Ordinary Shares of 5p each.
