Judges Capital PLC28 March 2006 28 March 2006 Judges Capital plc ("Judges Capital" or the "Company") Director's Interest Judges Capital announces that, further to David Cicurel (Investments) Limited ("DCIL") being placed in members' voluntary liquidation on 16 December 2005, theliquidators have today distributed in specie the 526,316 ordinary shares in theCompany previously held by DCIL to David Cicurel Securities Limited ("DCSL").DCSL owns 100% of the ordinary shares of DCIL. This distribution does not vary the ultimate beneficial interest of DavidCicurel, Judges Capital's Chief Executive in the Company. The interests ofDavid Cicurel including DCSL in the Company amount to 526,356 ordinary shares of5p each representing 14.78% of the issued ordinary share capital and to4,166,667 convertible redeemable shares of 1p each representing 83.33% of thatclass.
