The Company was notified on 5 July 2017 by Peter Cowgill (the Company's Executive Chairman) that he had acquired an interest in 30,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company on 5 July 2017 at a price of £3.52 per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Peter Cowgill has a total interest in 8,410,260 shares, representing 0.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.
