Further to the announcement made on 6th January 2025, the Board of JPMorgan China Growth & Income plc (the 'Company'), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nick Bannerman as an independent non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 24th January 2025.

No further information is to be disclosed pursuant to UK Listing Rules 6.4.8 R (2) to 6.4.8 R (6) in respect of Mr. Bannerman.
