The Company announces that it is satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading up to the announcement of its results for the Company's year ended 28th February 2026 has previously been, and will continue to be, notified via a regulatory information service. Therefore, the Company is not prohibited from dealing in its own securities.

The mandatory closed period under the Market Abuse Regulation will commence on 15th May 2026 and will last until the results in respect of the Company's year ended 28th February 2026 are published, which is expected to be on or around 26th June 2026.
