Further to the announcement of its Intention to Issue Equity via a C Share Capital Raise on 6th November 2020, JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited (the "Company"), today announces an extension of the timetable in relation to its C Share offering ("C Share") on the premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Ā 

The C Share has been well received by a range of investors; however, a number of institutional investors, both domestically and overseas, require more time to complete due diligence. In light of this, the Board believes it is in investors' interests to extend the timetable to ensure that the largest number of investors possible can participate.

The Company intends to publish a further update in due course outlining the revised timetable.
