Directorate ChangeJardine Matheson Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that Mark Greenberg will step down from the Board of the Company with effect from 31st December 2020 and will leave the Jardine Matheson Group in order to return to the United Kingdom.Mark Greenberg joined Jardines in 2006 after a successful career in investment banking and was appointed a Director of the Company in 2008. During his time with the Group, Mark has led its corporate finance activities and has supported many of the Group's significant transactions across its businesses. Also, in his capacity as a Commissioner, he has played a key role in shaping Astra's growth.Mark is also a Director of Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited, Hongkong Land Holdings Limited and Mandarin Oriental International Limited, and he will step down from these boards at the same time.Chairman Ben Keswick said:
