JARDINE MATHESON HOLDINGS LIMITED (the 'Company')CORRECTION - NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
This is a correction of an announcement published on 13th October 2023 (RNS number: 0916Q). In relation to Mr Yanjun SUN (Steve), a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company, the previous announcement incorrectly disclosed 33 ordinary Company shares had been acquired by him under the Company's scrip dividend scheme.
The Company has been notified that Mr Steve Sun did not acquire ordinary Company shares under the Company's scrip dividend scheme on 11th October 2023.
The above-mentioned announcement has been amended that the following extracted part is removed. All other details remain as previously announced on 13th October 2023 (RNS number: 0916Q) and 20th February 2024 (RNS number: 7717D).
