Director Dealings
Jangada Mines plc, a natural resources company, announces that Executive Chairman, Brian McMaster, and Non-Executive Director, Luis Azevedo, have each completed the purchase yesterday of 6,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.0004 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.3 pence per Ordinary Share purchased. The purchases are reflective of the two directors' views as to the quality of the Company's 100%-owned Pitombeiras Vanadium Project in Brazil, where recent Metallurgical Tests demonstrated that the magnetite hosted vanadium mineralisation responded very well to magnetic separation, and its 26% shareholding in TSXV-listed ValOre Metals Corp.
Following the purchase, Brian McMaster has a beneficial interest in 53,844,467 Ordinary Shares representing 22.8 per cent of the Company's total voting rights and Luis Azevedo has a beneficial interest in 52,666,667 Ordinary Shares representing 22.3 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
