The Company announces that today it has issued 50,000 Ordinary Shares for cash from Treasury at 952.50 pence per share.
Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 182,753,216 Ordinary Shares and 98,880,694 shares held in Treasury. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
