Director and PDMR share purchase
IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), the digital technologies company serving neuroscience, announces that it received notification on 12 March 2019 that Giulio Cerroni, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 53,300 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28 pence each.
Following this purchase, Giulio Cerroni is interested in 84,850 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company
