IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), the data analytics company delivering insights in neuroscience, announces that it received notification on 10 July 2019 that on 05 July 2019 and 09 July 2019 Charles Spicer, Chairman of the Company, acquired 140,421 ordinary shares at an average price of 28.485p.
Charles Spicer is interested in 333,196 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.71 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company following the purchase.
