Transactions in own shares

International Workplace Group plc (the 'Company') announces the purchase, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2024, of 3,894 ordinary shares of USD 0.0124 each in the capital of the Company (the 'Shares') on 14 March 2025 as part of the buyback programme announced on 04 March 2025 (the 'Programme').The Company intends to cancel the Shares.Since the announcement of the programme announced on 04 March 2025 (the 'Programme'), the Company has purchased a total of 3,404,707 ordinary shares of USD 0.0124 each in the capital of the Company.Following cancellation of the Shares the Company has 1,008,623,264 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.The table below contains detailed information about the purchases referred to above.
