International Workplace Group plc (the "Company") Director/ PDMR Transaction
International Workplace Group plc announces that it was today notified that on 5th June 2024 the pledge made by Estorn Limited, a person closely associated with Mark Dixon, Chief Executive Officer of International Workplace Group plc, over shares held in the capital of the Company in favour of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. was released in its entirety.
As a result neither Mark Dixon nor Estorn Limited has any shares in the Company pledged to any third parties.
There is no change in Mark Dixon's beneficial shareholding in the Company and he continues to have an interest and voting rights in 254,795,598 ordinary shares representing approximately 25.2% of the total number of voting rights in the Company.
